Winners Post for Challenge 10

Winners Post for
Challenge 10 - Create a Mini Album

Well, that was interesting.  We had 10 people enter this challenge and I am impressed, because you don't expect people to make a mini-album just like that! Good thing Hilde gave a heads-up early, wasn't it. Well done to all participants.

Now, before I announce the winners, I just need to give another reminder about Rules for this Challenge blog. Particularly, you have to be a member of our blog, you must reference us in your blog and you cannot enter more than once. We know we are not the same as other challenges, but that is the point - we like to be a bit different! So, please, if you thought you should have had a chance to be mentioned, and cannot find your name in this post - it may be because you were not eligible. The rules can be found here. On the other hand, if you are just sharing - go ahead and enter.

Now as as Challenge Blog, where would we be without our lovely Sponsors - thank you so much for believing in us, and allowing us to give our members such lovely prizes.

The winners of our Sponsored prizes for Challenge 10, chosen by Hilde, are as follows:

Number 2 : Issys (cute album, great memories, love Disney, very clever additions)

 and

Number 9 : Rea ( great vintage look family album)

Ladies, please contact us on craftingwithdragonflies@gmail.com to be put in the way of your prizes, and don't forget to collect the winners badge from the sidebar and display it on your blog as well!

Her album is all about Recipes and is a Tag Album.

Melissa's album is about Halloween and would make a great gift

Kate's album comes in this lovely gift bag with that great quote on the front.

Ladies, again don't forget to collect the badge for Top Three on the sidebar (by highlighting, right click, copy and then paste into your blog) - no prize but honor and glory!

Currently work as Psychologist on a Child Development Center
I've been paper crafting for 3 years, I love to make cards and 3D projects.

Hi everyone! I am very excited to be a guest designer for Crafting with Dragonflies. Thank you for this amazing opportunity.  I am a veterinary technician living in Upstate NY who loves to pen pal and make cards in my spare time. I was introduced to crafts through my pen pals who were making gorgeous cards and I wanted to be able to do that as well. I have never been good at crafts since I can barely draw a straight line with a ruler but I was determined to give it a go.  I love learning all the different techniques and ways to craft. I look forward to growing as a card maker and perfecting my technique.Sincerely, Erin from Erin's Owl Nest

This gorgeous card is from our lovely Guest Designer Mary- GDT
Since the age of 8 I have knitted, embroidered and sewn. The amount of time spent on these hobbies reduced when I had children, but 3 years ago I retired (from teaching mathematics) and began making cards for the family. This then developed into making cards requested by  neighbours and four months ago I began my own blog and hence entered into the world of paper challenges!

Thanks ladies and here are the wonderful cards created by our Dragonflies:

This wonderful creation is from Ina: Using sponsors Meljens image 'penpal mouse'

Tania with this gorgeous card - using a quilting effect and

Kel is getting into the spirit of this challenge using her scrap and sponsors Meljens image 'three pigs'

Looking forward to seeing yours,
blessings from Hilde and the Team....

Winners Post for Challenge 9

Welcome to Spring (if you lie south of the Equator) or to Autumn (Fall) if you are in the Northern climes. The weather where I am is certainly getting warmer and more pleasant, although they tell us that there will be a return to wintry weather next week - joy, oh bliss! No tulips yet in my garden but the Camellia's are all out and getting rained on and wind blown!

Our Challenge 9 was to Create a Male Card of some kind - perhaps a Father's Day card for those in Australia or NZ, or just a male card. We had LOTS of entries - YIPPEE.  Some people forgot that they had to be a member to be eligible for a prize (SAD FACE); please remember that you need to join to be eligible.
